계정·아이 정보 삭제 안내

베베(Alphabebe)에서 아이 정보나 보호자 계정을 지우는 방법과, 지운 정보가 언제 사라지는지 정리했습니다. 삭제는 앱에서 보호자가 직접 할 수 있고, 따로 연락하지 않으셔도 됩니다.

한눈에 보기

• 아이 한 명만 지우기: 메뉴 → 부모 공간 → 설정 → "{아이 이름} 삭제"
• 계정 전체 지우기: 메뉴 → 부모 공간 → 설정 → "계정 삭제"
• 지운 정보는 30일 뒤 완전히 파기합니다. 계정 삭제는 그 30일 안에 다시 로그인하면 되돌릴 수 있습니다.
• 장애 복구용 암호화 백업에는 최대 21일 더 남을 수 있습니다.
• AI 대화 엔진(Junis)에 있는 아이별 계정은 회사가 Junis 운영팀에 완전 삭제를 요청해 지웁니다.

아이 한 명만 지우기

1. 베베 화면 왼쪽 위의 메뉴(☰)에서 "부모 공간"을 누릅니다.
2. "보호자 확인"에서 간단한 덧셈 문제를 풉니다. 아이가 실수로 들어오지 않도록 하는 장치입니다.
3. 오른쪽 위 톱니바퀴(설정)를 누르고, 맨 아래 "삭제" 섹션에서 "{아이 이름} 삭제"를 누릅니다.
4. 확인 화면에서 확인란에 표시한 뒤 빨간 삭제 버튼을 누릅니다.

지운 아이는 화면에서 바로 사라지고, 그 아이의 AI 대화 세션도 바로 지웁니다. 다시 로그인해도 되살아나지 않습니다.

계정 전체 지우기

1. 메뉴(☰) → "부모 공간" → "보호자 확인"(덧셈 문제) → 오른쪽 위 톱니바퀴(설정)로 갑니다.
2. 맨 아래 "삭제" 섹션에서 "계정 삭제"를 누릅니다.
3. 확인 화면에서 30일 안에 되돌리는 방법을 읽고, 확인란에 표시한 뒤 빨간 삭제 버튼을 누릅니다.

계정을 지우면 바로 로그아웃되고, 모든 기기의 로그인과 푸시 알림이 끊기며, 등록한 아이들도 모두 함께 지워집니다.

구독 중이었다면 계정을 지울 때 다음 결제도 멈춥니다. 이미 결제한 기간의 환불은 이용약관 제10조의4를 따르고, 쓰지 않은 산 하트는 쓰지 않은 만큼 환불하며 무료로 받은 하트는 사라집니다(제10조의5). 결제 기록은 법령에 따라 계정과 분리해 5년 동안 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.

마음이 바뀌었다면 30일 안에 같은 이메일로 다시 로그인하세요. 계정과, 계정을 지울 때 함께 지워진 아이들이 되살아납니다. 그 전에 따로 지운 아이는 되살아나지 않습니다.

동의하기 전이라면

로그인만 하고 아직 동의하지 않으셨다면, 동의 화면 아래의 "동의하지 않고 나가기" → "지우고 나가기"를 누르세요. 그때까지 남은 이메일 주소와 로그인 기록을 바로 지웁니다. 아무것도 하지 않으셔도 30일 동안 다시 로그인하거나 이용하지 않으면 자동으로 지웁니다.

오래 쓰지 않은 계정

12개월 넘게 로그인하거나 이용하지 않은 계정은 보호자 이메일로 먼저 알려 드리고, 그 뒤 30일 동안도 이용이 없으면 위의 "계정 전체 지우기"와 같은 방식으로 삭제합니다(이용약관 제12조). 알림을 받은 뒤 한 번만 로그인하셔도 아무것도 지워지지 않고, 삭제된 뒤에도 30일 안에 로그인하면 되살아납니다. 유료 구독 중이거나 쓰지 않은 산 하트가 남은 계정은 이렇게 삭제하지 않습니다.

알레르기 정보만 지우기

부모 공간 → 설정 → "개인정보" 섹션에서 "건강정보 동의"를 끄고 한 번 더 확인하면 모든 아이의 알레르기 정보를 바로 지웁니다. 아이 프로필에서 알레르기 항목만 빼실 수도 있습니다. 베베의 다른 기억은 부모 공간의 "베베가 기억하는 것"에서 휴지통 아이콘 → "지우기"로 하나씩 지울 수 있습니다.

언제 무엇이 지워지나요

접속·오류 기록(로그)은 최대 90일 보관한 뒤 지웁니다. 법령이 보존을 요구하는 정보와 개인정보처리방침 4번에 적은 최소한의 기록은 그 기간 동안 따로 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.

앱을 쓸 수 없다면

앱에서 지울 수 없는 상황이라면 가입한 이메일 주소로 contact@alphabebe.ai에 "개인정보 삭제 요청"이라는 제목의 메일을 보내 주세요. 보호자 본인인지 확인한 뒤 10일 안에 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다. Junis 계정 삭제도 같은 주소로 요청하실 수 있고, Junis 운영팀(contact@junis.ai)에 직접 요청하셔도 됩니다.

• Delete one child. Menu (☰) → "Parent space" → "Grown-ups only" (answer a quick sum) → the gear "Settings" at the top right → the "Delete" section at the bottom → "Delete {name}". Tick the box on the confirmation sheet and press the red button. The child disappears at once with its AI chat sessions, and signing in again does not bring it back.
• Delete the whole account. Menu (☰) → "Parent space" → "Grown-ups only" → "Settings" → the "Delete" section → "Delete account". Read how to restore it within 30 days, tick the box and press the red button. You are signed out on every device, notifications stop, and all children are deleted with the account. If you were subscribed, its next renewal stops too; refunds follow the Terms (Art. 10-4), unused bought hearts are refunded for what is left and free hearts lapse (Art. 10-5), and payment records are kept apart from the account for 5 years as the law requires.
• Changed your mind? Sign in with the same email within 30 days to restore the account and the children deleted with it. Children you deleted one by one stay deleted.
• Before you consent. On the consent screen, "Leave without agreeing" → "Delete and leave" erases your email address and sign-in records at once. A sign-up that never consents is erased automatically after 30 days without sign-in or use.
• Accounts left unused. An account not signed in to or used for more than 12 months gets an email first; if it stays unused for 30 more days it is deleted like "Delete the whole account" above (Terms Art. 12). Signing in once after the email keeps everything, and signing in within 30 days of the deletion restores it. Accounts with a paid subscription or unused bought hearts are not deleted this way.
• Only the allergies. In Settings → "Privacy", turning off "Health info consent" (and confirming) erases every child's allergies at once. You can also remove them from a child's profile, and delete Bebe's other memories one by one from the "What Bebe remembers" card in the Parent space (trash icon → "Delete").
• When things are erased. Immediately: sign-in sessions, push subscriptions (account deletion) and the deleted children's AI chat sessions on Junis. After 30 days: content files, chats, memories, growth and safety records, child profiles, usage statistics, notification logs and, for an account deletion, the account itself. Encrypted disaster-recovery backups may keep erased data for up to 21 more days. Each child's delegated account on Junis, with its daily memory log, cannot be deleted by the Bebe service; we ask the Junis team (contact@junis.ai) to erase it when we erase the child. Access and error logs are kept up to 90 days, and records the law requires or the Privacy Policy lists (section 4) are kept for their stated period.
• Can't use the app? Email contact@alphabebe.ai from the address you signed up with, subject "Privacy request". We confirm it is you and act within 10 days. You can ask for the Junis account to be erased at the same address, or ask the Junis team directly at contact@junis.ai.
